You know what they say: no shot is always wrong. A saying that Rotterdam rapper Matz Voskamp (20) has taken to heart: four days ago he shared a video of his new song on TikTok. He stated that he was looking for one ‘baddie’. Who did he have in mind? None other than the immensely popular singer.
He raps: ‘I have a crush on Roxy Dekker. Everything about her is so hot.” The rapper had to wait three days, but on Thursday evening Roxy finally responded to his advances. The singer made a TikTok video in which she mimed the song and then toasted the camera with a cup of iced coffee. “SO to you Matz,” she writes.
Matz makes himself heard again: ‘Heerlie Rox’. People in the comments agree that Matz’s song has the potential to become the summer hit of 2024.

Matz’s tireless attempt to win over Roxy will probably fail, because as the rapper acknowledges, the singer is together with ‘Koentje DNP, so now I’m really bummed’. He refers to Koen van Heest (25), known from the YouTube formation Bankzitters.
That Roxy and Koen are a set is a rumor that has been going around for some time. Neither has commented on this, but the savvy content creators have dropped plenty of hints that suggest they’re dating.
