Should entertainment venues in Mexico require proof of vaccination?

In the face of a wave of infections covid-19 in Mexico, state authorities begin to request a negative virus test or proof of vaccination to be able to enter places of entertainment such as bars, nightclubs, sporting events and shows. Jalisco and Tlaxcala are the first states in the country to impose this measure.
