Al-Youm Al-Sabaa TV aired special coverage on the opportunities to get premium shops for rent in the Metro, how to get them and the terms of the contract with the Metropolitan Authority, which was prepared by my colleague Ahmed Ismail and presented by my colleague Jermaine Shalaby.
The coverage showed that there are shops in a large number of subway stations, as the marketing department of the Egyptian Metro Management and Operations Company was activated in 2014, whose mission is to exploit all the places and sites suitable for commercial activities (advertising and shops), with spaces available in subway stations.
The coverage explained that the Marketing Department managed to increase the Metro company’s income from commercial activities, through the presence of outlets with small areas of (1m2 – 1.5m2 – 2m2), and empty spaces in Metro stations are represented by the three lines..

It is possible to trade for short periods until an auction is announced, and it is available for companies in case they want to test their business in metro stations for periods ranging from (1 day – 6 months)..
