The donation drive will take place from July 12 to 16 from 8 to 11 a.m.
If you wish to collaborate, it is important to take into account the following requirements:
• Weigh more than 52 kg and measure more than 1.50 m
• Age from 18 to 65 years
• Present national identity card or residence
• Drink plenty of fluids before and after donating
• Hypertensive patients must have medical supervision
• Tattoos, piercings or micro-pigmented makeup with one year of being done
• Have had no flu symptoms in the past month
• Eat a light breakfast or wait three hours after a full meal
• Diabetic compensated and without complications associated with insulin
Also, people who have suffered from Covid-19 can donate, in this case it is important that 14 days have passed after the symptoms have been overcome. In the case of having been vaccinated, you must wait 14 days after the AstraZeneca vaccine is applied, 7 days with the Pfizer vaccine and 14 days with the Influenza vaccine. If you were vaccinated outside the country, you will have to wait 30 days to donate blood.
