SYDNEY – A video that just recently appeared on TikTok is scaring people. It captures swimmers at a popular Sydney beach unwittingly swimming towards sharks. In the last moments, they spot him and swim away. Perhaps no one would want to experience such a meeting.
The video captures a woman unwittingly swimming towards a shark at Australia’s popular Bondi Beach while a man follows her. “Look honey, look, he’s coming right at you. He’s big,” says the drone operator flying over the swimmers. Fortunately, the woman quickly spotted the shark and turned to the man swimming behind her.
In the next moment, a couple of sharks can be seen lurking in the water near a group of unsuspecting swimmers. One of the bull sharks, which can grow to over three meters in length, is later seen approaching the swimmer. The startled man immediately stopped and the shark swam away.
People on TikTok revealed that a similar encounter in the sea would scare them to death. But others revealed that they like the moments when people realize that something is wrong. “That would definitely make my heart skip a beat,” stated one user.
