The 11th Criminal Division of the Daegu District Court (presiding judge Kim Sang-yoon) was acquitted in a sentence of eight people, including Choi Mo, the head of Shincheonji Daegu Church, who were charged with violating the Infectious Disease Prevention Act.
They were charged in July last year on charges of submitting a partial list of members, except for 130 people who were reluctant to disclose their identity, when Daegu City requested the submission of a full list of members for quarantine when the Corona 19 pandemic in Daegu last February.
