The members of the French Blood Establishment (EFS) and the volunteers of the Amicale de Fouesnant and its surroundings did not hide their satisfaction, Friday afternoon, at the end of the first 2021 blood drive which took place in associative pole of Kerourgué.
Indeed, all the proposed time slots had been retained in addition to the two people who came without an appointment. A total of 73 people came forward for the donation, including five new donors. Another reason for satisfaction, the return of donors who had interrupted their donations since the start of the pandemic. “This collection, which took place very smoothly with very little waiting, confirms the advantage of making appointments, both for donors and for the organizers”, welcomes Michel Gouill, the secretary of the friendly. The next collection will take place at the Lannurien room in Pleuven, on Wednesday, May 5, from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m.
