“In September, the manufacturing PMI rebounded for four consecutive months, rising to the expansion range for the first time since April. The PMI for high-energy-consuming industries was 49.7%, which was 0.6 percentage points higher than the previous month, although it was lower than the critical point.

Looking at the non-manufacturing industry, in September, the non-manufacturing business activity index was 51.7%, an increase of 0.7 percentage points from the previous month, indicating that the expansion of the non-manufacturing industry has increased.

The service industry is recovering.
