He announced that he would notify the Department of Healthcare about all people with whom he had recently had direct contact. Senate Marshal Tomasz Grodzki told PAP on Sunday that the Senate meeting scheduled for next week (August 4-7) was postponed to August 11-13. The reason is Libicki’s disease, who is infected koronawirusem.

“Ladies and Gentlemen, you probably already know from the media that I had contact with Senator Libicki, infected with Covid-19. Therefore, I will be in quarantine until Wednesday, hoping that then the test results will finally confirm that I am healthy” – wrote on Twitter Kwiatkowski. He ended his entry wishing everyone health.

Terlecki: Friday’s session of the Sejm will be postponed

The Friday session of the Sejm, at which deputies were to deal with, inter alia, Senate positions for various bills will be moved; on Monday evening, the Presidium of the Sejm will set a new date for the meeting – Deputy Speaker of the Sejm Ryszard Terlecki told PAP.

In an interview with PAP, Terlecki confirmed that the Sejm meeting scheduled for August 7 would be postponed. – Tonight there will be the Presidium of the Sejm and it will set the date of the Sejm session – said the deputy speaker. As he added, the postponement of the meeting results from the cancellation of the Senate debates, which were to be held this week (4-7 August). The deputies on Friday were to deal primarily with the Senate’s positions on a number of bills.

Senate Marshal Tomasz Grodzki informed PAP on Sunday that the Senate meeting scheduled for August 4-7 was postponed to August 11-13. The reason is the disease of Jan Filip Libicki, senator of the Polish-PSL Coalition, who is infected with the coronavirus.
