A month and two weeks separate us from the launch of Cyberpunk 2077. The title of developers from the RED Project CD, which has been postponed several times, will arrive on November 19, and thanks to a number of streams, videos, interviews and preview impressions, fans have been able to gather a lot of information. But one of the things developers keep secret is the Night City map, where the story will take place, and even though there were a few clues, we could never see the whole city. However, the situation changed a few hours ago due to the leak of photos of bonuses to the physical copy you put on Reddit shared by user nicknamed Siriondel. His post has been removed from the discussion, map along with several postcards but it could no longer be deleted from the Internet. You can see for yourself the location of individual districts, including the surrounding areas of the Badlands, where we could see the image, for example, during the recent presentation of new gameplay footage.

From the central island, it is then possible to travel in three directions, ie north, east and south, to other areas such as Heywood, the Pacifica, which has been discussed many times, or Westbrook, which is separated from the city.

As in the case of real metropolises, the individual parts of the city are naturally connected to each other and are connected by smaller areas, in which, according to previous information, various styles and types of inhabitants will spill over. Dominant is the city center with its financial district and wide boulevards and vistas, where crime also has its style. From the central island, it is then possible to travel in three directions, ie north, east and south, to other areas such as Heywood, the Pacifica, which has been discussed many times, or Westbrook, which is separated from the city. The network of roads and motorways then suggests that there will probably be an even greater emphasis on transport in the city than it first seemed, although we do not doubt the possibility of fast travel only through loading. At the same time, looking at the overall map evokes the urge to compare with other games, whether for example with GTA or Sorcerer 3.

To this account developers have in the past they explainedthat although the game area will be smaller than in their previous fantasy opus, everything will be balanced by the density of objects and available places, which the Sorcerer 3 is said to be unable to match. This was gradually mentioned by quest designer Paweł Saxony, graphic artist Marthe Jonkers or producer Richard Borzymowski, who, in addition to density, also mentioned the verticality of Night City, own “worlds” within large residential buildings, lots of activities and detailed depictions of all inhabitants. These are elements that a large fantasy game could not simulate in a similar way for logical reasons, and the closest hint came in the case of The Sorcerer 3 behind the gates of Novigrad. According to the available videos and spoken information, however, it is likely that the two games will not stand the comparison, and in Cyberpunk 2077 we will have a completely different experience.

It is also worth noting the final confirmation that the game is complete as announced developers during Monday on their Twitter. It came at the same time confirmation from the Czech translator Filip Ženíšek that the CD Projekt RED ordered a translation of the play from him, as in the case of The Enchanter, and of course accepted the offer.
