See How to Register Batch 5 Pre-Work Cards Page all

KOMPAS.com – Program Pre-employment Card still provides opportunities for Indonesians who wish to register.

The government this afternoon, Saturday (15/8/2020) starting at 12.00 WIB, opens Card registration Pre-work wave 5.

Similar to batch 4, the quota for batch 5 of pre-employment cards is 800,000 people.

Unlike waves 3 and before, in waves 4 and 5 there are 2 registration methods, namely online and offline.

Meanwhile, online offline, the public can register through the Ministry of Manpower or local governments, especially the Manpower Office.

Applicants must come to the agency to register. Later, the collected data will be forwarded to the PMO (executive management) Pre-Work Card.

Communities can register batch 5 pre-employment cards individually or collectively.

Completeness

There are a number of requirements that must be fulfilled when registering for the batch 5 pre-employment card.

Each prospective participant must fill out a form that contains:

  • Full name
  • Identity Number (NIK) on the electronic KTP
  • Date of birth
  • Family Card Number
  • Electronic mail (e-mail)
  • Mobile phone number
  • Residence address
  • last education
  • Job status
  • The desired training

In addition, prospective participants are also required to attach a photocopy of their electronic KTP and a statement containing the following:

  • Name
  • Address
  • NIK on electronic ID card
  • Place and date of birth
  • Mobile phone number
  • Statement of data truth
  • Statement will not commit fraud
  • Statement of willingness to be prosecuted and compensate for state losses

Who can register

Citing Article 2 of Permenko Number 11 of 2020, Pre-Employment Cards are given to job seekers.

The details are as follows:

  • Workers / workers affected by layoffs
  • Workers / laborers who need to improve work competence, including workers / laborers who are sent home
  • Non-recipient workers, including micro and small businesses

Meanwhile, the job seekers and workers in question are Indonesian citizens (WNI) as evidenced by a KTP, at least 18 years old, and not currently attending formal education.

Prospective participants who are not allowed to register for the Pre-employment Card program are those who are positioned as:

  • State office
  • Pimpinan and DPRD members
  • Astate civil paratur (ASN)
  • ATNI members-Police
  • Kepala village and its equipment
  • Directors, commissioner, the supervisory board of BUMN or BUMD.

Participants in the Pre-Employment Card must meet these requirements or criteria. If they violate, according to the new rules, participants must return the incentives they have received.
