According to the state government of North Rhine-Westphalia, families in the corona crisis should even get a family bonus of 600 euros per child. Prime Minister Armin Laschet (CDU) and Minister of Economic Affairs Andreas Pinkwart (FDP) proposed in Düsseldorf on Friday that the child benefit should be increased once.

Help for industries

In addition, the state must use the economic stimulus package to push ahead with digitization and certain technologies, such as artificial intelligence and hydrogen applications.
SPD politician Scholz did not explicitly name the car industry. It calls for wide-ranging incentives to buy. However, it is controversial whether this should only be granted for environmentally friendly models.
