You’re never too young to start a business! The German Start-up Prize for schoolchildren calls on young people from grade 9 to Team start a fictional company. The aim of the initiators star, savings banks, ZDF and Porsche is to impart economic expertise to young people and to encourage them to set up something of their own. The Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy is also promoting competition with this resolution.
Game play and evaluation

Prices
The Top-Ten-Teams will be honored at the nationwide award ceremony in Hamburg in June 2021. The winnerteam also drives to the presentation of the German Founders Award ZDF Capital studio to Berlin and is awarded by Federal Minister of Economics Peter Altmaier in the student category. The five best placed win participation in Future Camp 2021 – personality and management training tailored to the individual students. Since that Future Camp 2020 had to be canceled due to corona, also take the five best Teams the 2020 game round. Places six to ten are waiting for an exciting one Workshop the DGPS partner – also with a double cast with the 2020 and 2021 years.
Teacher of the year
In the 2021 round of games, the DGPS will again award the “Teacher of the Year”. This honors the Jury also the extremely important role of teachers in the business start-up simulation game.
