The first Graubünden derby of the 2023/24 season between EHC Arosa and EHC Chur was a hard-fought affair and only found a winner in the penalty shootout. There the Schanfiggers prevailed 2-1 against the capital club in the local sports and congress center. The nine-time Swiss champions celebrated their third victory in their fifth game of the season. Nevertheless, they are still two points and three places behind the Chur team in the table.
