Entrances and stadium opening:
The stadium opens at 1:00 p.m., the VIP area opens at 12:30 p.m. Access to the home fans’ seating area is via gate 3, and the standing area in the middle is accessed via gate 2. This also applies to clubs that have purchased tickets in advance. Clubs are no longer able to purchase tickets at the box office. The membership campaign (five euros standing, ten euros seated) also applies at the box office. Gate 4 is reserved for VIP guests. Visiting fans can also enter the stadium via Gate 3. The guest area in the stands is closed. Please arrive early as many spectators are expected.
Parking and directions:
The ash yard is closed. You can park cheaply at the wholesale market nearby.
In general, it is recommended to travel by public transport. There you can take line 12 of the KVB and bus line 142, both of which stop in the immediate vicinity of the stadium on Pohligstrasse.
Gaffel-Fantreff:
Like every home game, the Gaffel fan meeting takes place at the clubhouse. The clubhouse will be open before and after the game. Home fans can gather here one hour before the stadium opens. Water and freshly tapped Gaffel-Kölsch (0.3L for €1.40) are offered, as well as soft drinks and grilled food. The vouchers purchased in the clubhouse are valid until the end of the season. Before and after the game, DJ Jogi will ensure a good atmosphere and a party mood.
Visiting fans are not permitted access to the clubhouse.
Fan shop:
The fan shop at the office will be open two hours before kick-off on match day, will be closed during the game and will open again for around an hour after the game. Otherwise, the fan shop is open Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. and 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. The fan shop can also be reached at fanshop(at)fortuna-koeln.de.

Bags larger than A4 format cannot be taken into the stadium. There is a drop-off point at Gate 3.
