Dresden – Saxony wants to admit six Corona patients from Italy to its hospitals.

Prime Minister Michael Kretschmer (CDU) announced on Monday in Dresden. It complies with a request from the Italian government.
The hospitals in the Free State have signaled that they have the capacity to do so.
In addition, one could learn to deal with the virus by treating the Italian patients.
“This is a very important sign that we can help others,” said Kretschmer.

By Monday, 865 cases of infection had been registered in Saxony, most of them in Dresden, Zwickau and Leipzig.
