Abdul Latif (48) was sentenced to life in prison. The Saudi Arabian man was found guilty of premeditated murder of his wife sir, Sarah (21). The family is grateful for the verdict.
Rizwan Maulana, the victim’s uncle, admitted that the family was satisfied with the judge’s decision to impose the maximum sentence according to the demands of the public prosecutor (JPU).
“Alhamdulillah, yes, the family is very satisfied with the life imprisonment decision,” Rizwan said as reported by detikJabarFriday (22/7/2022).

Responding to the appeal from Abdul Latif’s attorney, Rizwan hoped that the defendant would lose the appeal.
“We hope that the defendant loses the appeal, so the sentence remains life imprisonment,” he said.
