Santander Bank meets the needs of customers
Tomasz Niewiedział, Director of the Customer Platform Area in Santander Bank Polskahe said that the company wants to make it easier for the bank’s clients to handle everyday matters.
– Thanks to the cooperation with KIR, the users banking electronic Santander Bank Poland will be able to confirm their identity while maintaining the highest security standards, use many services – this way customers will buy insurance, extend the telecommunications contract or gain access to medical records. Currently, we provide our clients with confirmation of identity with commercial suppliers, at a later stage we are considering the use of mojeID in public administration services – emphasized the director, quoted in the official press release of the bank.
Wojciech Pantkowski, Vice President of the Management Board of KIR, also confirms that Santander Bank Polska has joined the group of mojeID users.
– mojeID is a modern and secure, more and more commonly used method of confirming identity in the world of digital services. We observe a constantly growing interest in the service on the part of companies representing various sectors of the economy. Now, customers of Santander Bank Polska are joining the group of users, who, thanks to mojeID, gain wide access to digital services requiring remote authentication – comments the vice-president of the Management Board of KIR.
