In January, the company spoke of sequential read speeds of up to 6.5GB / s, which has now been increased to a maximum of 7GB / s for the 1TB variant. The variants with 250GB and 500GB storage capacity achieve slower speeds. The arbitrary 4KB read and write speeds of the 1TB variant are up to a million iops, according to Samsung.
