Samsung replaces the display of the new bendable mobile phones surprisingly cheaply, but not here

In the case of a smartphone with a bendable display, in addition to the high price, the fact that out-of-warranty servicing usually costs a fortune can also deter many from buying it. Replacing the display is particularly expensive for such a flexible model, but in certain regions, Samsung offers a favorable option: converted for up to HUF 11,000, they will solve this for us in the case of the Galaxy Z Fold 4 and Galaxy Z Flip 4.

Obviously, the panel itself costs much more than that, and the service fee will figure that out, but Samsung thought that with such a discounted offer, users would be more willing to buy the new bendable phones.

Specifically, it is about those who subscribe to the Samsung Care+ service for just $29, or approx. For HUF 11,000, the foldable display of the Fold 4 or Flip 4 will be replaced if necessary. This applies even to the cheapest package of Care+, which costs 11 dollars per month, or approx. It costs HUF 4,200. By way of comparison, replacing a Fold 4 display with us will probably cost over HUF 200,000.

If you are afraid of your mobile phone, then this is a pretty good option, the only problem is that this service is not yet available in Hungary. However, it already works in some European countries, so we can hope that sooner or later it will be introduced here as well. By the way, it is possible that there will be some other discounted option that is also valid in Hungary, but we have no information about this yet.
