JAKARTA – Samsung announced their first event this year, Galaxy Unpacked 2024, on January 17 in San Jose, United States.
The Galaxy Unpacked 2024 schedule is quite different from the habits of the South Korean company, where they more routinely use the first week of February as the time for the event.
As has been the case in the past, Samsung has not clearly stated what products they will introduce at the upcoming Galaxy Unpacked 2024 event, apart from the theme, namely “Opening a New Era of Mobile AI”.
If you look at the previous Galaxy Unpacked at the beginning of the year, it is very likely that what Samsung will present later will be a cellphone flagship their latest flagship, the Galaxy S24. What’s more, a number of leaks in cyberspace have revealed the design and specifications that Samsung will present on the Galaxy S24.
Reportedly there will be three Galaxy S24 series introduced later. Starting from the standard version, S24+, and S24 Ultra. In the renderings circulating, the design of the three cellphones will not have many significant changes from the previous generation, the Galaxy S23.
In terms of specifications, the three devices will reportedly come in screen sizes of 6.2 inches, 6.7 inches and 6.8 inches respectively. The S24 and S24+ will likely use three rear cameras, while the ultra variant will increase with four cameras, including the sensor quality which will also increase to 200 megapixels.
As the highest variant of the Galaxy S24, it is believed that the Ultra version will also carry Galaxy Note DNA, such as the square edge design and functional S Pen support. The ultra model is also believed to come with a premium option made of titanium, like the iPhone 15 Pro Max.
One thing that is almost certain will be the three Galaxy S24 smartphones in the future. They will be present with chipset flagship The latest from Qualcomm, namely Snapdragon 8 Gen 3. So in terms of quality, the three devices will be more powerful and energy efficient.
