Samsung Electronics Indonesia launched two brand-new refrigerators that have a wide capacity but are priced at affordable prices. There is RF48, a multi-door refrigerator with a water dispenser, and RS52, a side-by-side refrigerator.
“RF48 is a large capacity Multi Door Refrigerator equipped with a water dispenser on the door for user convenience. Meanwhile, the RS52 side-by-side refrigerator provides a capacity of 550 liters to maximize food storage,” explained Purnomo Mokale, Home Appliances Product Marketing Head, Samsung Electronics Indonesia.
“These two refrigerators are equipped with qualified cooling technology to maintain hygiene and freshness of food ingredients longer, strengthened by Digital Inverters for machine durability and save more electricity,” he added.
Refrigerator RF48
With a capacity of 511 liters, the RF48 refrigerator is ideal for storing lots of fresh food in the fridge or weekly meal prep in the freezer. The large fridge area allows storage of even large food or containers.
Users are promised to be able to stock food safely thanks to the Twin Cooling Plus technology which separates the cooling systems in the fridge and freezer to optimize temperature and humidity and prevent food aromas from mixing between compartments. This also means that the RF48 refrigerator can store large quantities of fruits and vegetables and stay fresh longer, so that the nutritional content in them is maintained.
This refrigerator is also equipped with a Fresh Zone drawer with a tight seal to optimize moisture and maintain freshness and crispness of fruits and vegetables. The deodorizer will also help remove bad odors by circulating air through the Activated Carbon Filter.
The RF48 refrigerator is equipped with a water dispenser on the refrigerator door. It makes it easier for users to access cold drinking water without frequently opening the refrigerator door.
Samsung also provides a Power Cool feature which makes it easier for users who want to cool food and drinks quickly. There is also a Power Freeze that blows fast cold air into the freezer to freeze food quickly.
All of this cooling performance is claimed to be energy-efficient with a 10-year Digital Inverter guarantee, which maintains engine durability and automatically makes adjustments to the desired cooling needs.
Equally important, the RF48 comes with a minimalist, elegant design, with a matte black finish so it can complement modern residential interiors. Moreover, the door is equipped with an external LED screen to display information about the contents of the refrigerator.
Refrigerator RS52
The latest RS52 Side by Side Refrigerator combines wide capacity, minimalist and stylish design, saves electricity, at a more affordable price. Designed with a capacity of 550 liters and a width of 91 cm, it doesn’t take up much space.
The design is minimalist and sleek so that it can easily blend in with the kitchen set and the overall kitchen interior, also equipped with an LED screen that contains various information about the refrigerator. This refrigerator is also reinforced with All Around Cooling cooling technology which ensures even cooling circulation, maintaining the right temperature so food stays fresh longer.
Samsung guarantees that this new refrigerator is energy efficient because it already uses a Digital Inverter which is able to save power while maintaining the durability of the machine by automatically making the desired cooling adjustments. Samsung provides a 10 year warranty.

The RF48 Multi Door Refrigerator can be ordered via pre-order at Samsung.com/id until March 31, 2023 at a price of IDR 14,790,000. During this preorder period, consumers have the opportunity to get a shopping voucher bonus of IDR 2,000,000.
