Information about sound and image recordings

The participant acknowledges that during the events image and sound recordings are made for journalistic purposes in accordance with § 9 DSG, which are subsequently also used (television and radio broadcasts, photos, videos, audio, etc.). The participant acknowledges that recordings showing him during or in connection with the event are stored, analyzed and can also be used for commercial purposes, provided that the use does not unduly prejudice his personal interests.

Information on data collection in the context of the prevention of the Covid19

In order to enable officially ordered contact tracing, entries are only possible via ÖSV Skizeit, stating the name, exact date of birth, e-mail address and telephone number.
We would also like to point out that neither the organizer nor the organizing club can accept any liability for a possible Covid19 infection or an officially ordered quarantine. The safety and hygiene rules on site must be observed.
Only athletes and officials who do not have a Covid19 infection can participate in the competition.
