Jeronimo Martins Polska SA decided to recall products and inform customers about harmful products by displaying a message in stores. A decision was issued ordering the withdrawal of the contested meat from the market and the producer was obliged to take steps to prevent contamination of the products – we read in the GIS release.
Official food control bodies monitor the process of withdrawing the disputed lots from the market.
Products from the batch indicated in the announcement should not be eaten, in particular without proper heat treatment. If symptoms of food poisoning occur after consuming the above-mentioned products, consult a physician – representatives of GIS add.
