Egyptian international Mohamed Salah, Liverpool star, confirmed that he was trying to benefit from the big players, led by Mohamed Abu Trika, the legend of Al-Ahly and the Egyptian team, when he was promoted to the first team in 2011.
Salah said, in a part of his meeting with the program “Allo beIN”, which will be broadcast later on “BN Sports”, today, Tuesday: “I have a very good relationship with Muhammad Abu Trika and I am trying to maintain it, as he is always communicating with me.”
He added: “My relationship with Abu Trika started since my ascension to the first team, fellowship for two or three years, and I was always keen as a young player at the time to try to benefit from him with big players such as Hussam Ghaly, Imad Miteb, Wael Gomaa and Muhammad Zidan, especially after they succeeded in winning the Nations Cup Africa three times in a row. “
And the 28-year-old continued: “I am of the type of people who always ask questions even if they are many or boring to some, but Abu Trika was always answering my questions and welcomed that I want to learn.”
He concluded: “Since that time I have had a very good relationship with him, and if he had the opportunity to attend the Liverpool matches he comes to the stadium to see me, I also met him after the Champions League final last year, and he is always keen to communicate with me on every occasion and who or whoever congratulated me on my last birthday. And he congratulated me on winning the Premiership recently. “
