Aend of crossing the nant de Curseilles, the town decided to install a bicycle-pedestrian bridge to allow both children and adults to reach either the capital or Boëge. A decision that had been endorsed by the city council in April 2019.
The installation was done this Thursday, August 6. It is a study and a desire that comes from afar and that is realized for the good of the Santadrions but also for the whole Green Valley. In fact, schoolchildren in La Corbière must reach the capital by bike or on foot, at least in summer. But to get there, you have to take the road. This represents a certain danger in view of the traffic of commuters or other motorist users. In order to draw a pedestrian-bicycle roadway, the municipal team validated the construction of this footbridge.
