The news was conveyed by the Head of the Public Relations Sub-Division of the Makassar DPRD, Andi Taufiq Nadsir on Saturday (7/8/2021) morning.
“Innalillahi wainna ilaihi rodjiun has passed away, senior Democrat legislator Abdi Asmara, the news has been swimming at the beach this morning, I wish you good luck,” said the WhatsApp message sent by Taufik.

To note, Abdi Asmara also serves as Chairman of Commission C DPRD Makassar.
In addition, Abdi was also entrusted with serving as secretary of the Makassar Democratic DPC to accompany Adi Rasyid Ali as chairman.
