Sachin took the bat again; What power even at the age of 50
Cricket legend Sachin Tendulkar is back on the field again. Sachin wore the cricket jersey again in the 2024 One World One Family Cup. The legend entered the field in the match between One World and One Family.
This was a competition organized by Sri Madhusudan Sai Global Humanitarian Mission. The main objective of this competition was to create an awareness in the society regarding children’s health matters.

Sachin was able to make his own contributions in batting and bowling for One World. Sachin scored 27 runs off 16 balls in the opening. Three fours and one six were born from Sachin’s bat.
Sachin also managed to take a wicket in bowling. Sachin took a wicket by conceding 23 runs in two overs. Sachin took the wicket of Darren Maddy who scored 51 runs off 41 balls.

Batting first in the match at the Sai Krishnan Cricket Stadium in Bengaluru, One Family scored 180 runs for the loss of six in 20 overs. Darren Maddy scored 51 runs off 41 balls and Yusuf Pathan scored 38 runs off 24 balls for One Family’s batting. RP Singh took two wickets in the One World bowling line-up.

In response, One World overcame the target with four wickets remaining in 19.5 overs. In One World Batting, Alviro Pietersen scored 74 off 50 balls and Sachin and his team won by four wickets.
