Ruud Vormer worked with Ivan Leko for two seasons at Club Brugge. At some point things went wrong between the two. Nevertheless, Vormer wants to emphasize that he can still go through one door with his ex-trainer.
Vormer says he never had a problem with Leko. “No, that’s what the media made of it. I get along very well with Leko”, Vormer surprises with his statements about Vormer. For a long time it was thought that it was crooked between Leko and Vormer, but that turns out not to be the case.
“I am still in touch with him,” Vormer continues. “There was only that trouble when I kicked that water bag out after a switch. I didn’t agree with that switch. That’s okay? Leko and I really like each other.”
