Russian “Vostok” Battalion Captures Leopard and Bradley IFVs from Abandoned Ukrainian Forces in Zaporizhzhia Region

The news agency has confirmed that Leopard tanks and Bradley fighting vehicles can be seen in the video, but it is not yet possible to determine the location, time and date when the video was taken.

The Russian Ministry of Defense claims that the military equipment was acquired on the Zaporizhia front, one of the places where Ukraine is actively conducting its offensive operations.

The video footage shows two “Leopard” tanks and two “Bradley” combat vehicles. In the short statement, the ministry called the military equipment “our trophies”, and the soldiers of the “Vostok” battalion can be seen in the footage.

It is noted that the engines of some vehicles were still running, showing how quickly the Ukrainian soldiers fled.

It has already been reported that last week news appeared that Ukraine lost the first “Leopard” tanks on the battlefield. Initially, there was no confirmation, but the Finnish newspaper “Helsingin Sanomat” confirmed that Ukraine had indeed lost three “Leopard 2R” tanks.
