Russian NTV Expert Aggressively Attacks Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, and Uzbekistan, Sparking Outrage and Social Media Scandal

Live on Russian NTV, the expert aggressively spoke out against Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan.

Russian propagandists on federal channels continue to attack Kazakhstan, openly declaring that neither such a country nor an ethnic group has ever existed. Asian republics neighboring the Russian Federation, including Azerbaijan and Uzbekistan, were also subject to Russian attacks.

The video broadcast on the Kremlin channel NTV caused a loud scandal on social networks. One of the invited experts stated that there had never been any Kazakhs, Azerbaijanis or Uzbeks, and these peoples and republics were allegedly “invented by Lenin in 1918.” A fragment of the video is published by the Telegram channel “Ukraine 365“.

According to him, Kazakhs, Azerbaijanis and Uzbeks are “artificial” peoples created during Soviet times.

“This is how the discourse of fascist superiority over neighboring “fake” peoples is formed, no matter whether they are Ukrainians, Kazakhs, Uzbeks or anyone else.”– comment on the video on the Internet.

The expert’s statement caused outrage in Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan and Uzbekistan. The broadcast is another manifestation of Russian propaganda aimed at discrediting neighboring peoples. It indicates that Russia continues to adhere to an imperial ideology in which other nations are viewed as “younger brothers.”

Moreover, users interpret the live statement as a sign that Russia is questioning the sovereignty of Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan and Uzbekistan.

Earlier, the Kazakh Foreign Ministry responded to Kandelaki’s scandalous posts. Most likely, the doors to the country will be closed to the propagandist.
