Ukraine “openly reacts” to such cases.
This was announced by the Deputy Head of the Office of the President Andriy Sybiha on the air of the joint information marathon UArazom on Ukrainian TV channels.
“We are now showing the facts and will also make them public, because that in captured Russian technology, which is captured by the Ukrainian military on the battlefield, we see dual-use details, moreover, from countries such as Germany, France, Israel. For all this, Germany and France themselves must comply with the sanctions regime since 2014. Unfortunately, we see how this happened in practice,” Sybiga said.
He also stressed that it is necessary to block the possibility for Russia to circumvent sanctions and import sanctioned products through third countries.
“We know these states, we also know the states that contribute to this, and we clearly prove it (to partners – ed.)”, – added the deputy head of the OP.
Recall that The Telegraph reported that Germany and France circumvented the EU arms embargo imposed on Russia in 2014. Thus, companies from both EU member states supplied Moscow with bombs, rockets and other military equipment.
In mid-April, it became known that The EU closed the “loophole” that allowed the governments of member countries to export weapons to Russia tens of millions of euros, despite the embargo.
