Therefore, we are still waiting for a concrete response from the American side when it is ready to launch a bilateral dialogue with us. Our proposals, including on the timing of launching such a dialogue, have been made to the American side,” Ryabkov declared.
However, the Russian diplomat assured that Washington’s attempts to use the dialogue with Moscow as a supposed “cover for the continuation of the military development of Ukraine” would lead to an “inevitable deterioration” of the situation.
