“They are concentrating their forces. We see that they are regrouped and ready for simultaneous massive attacks with the activation of all units involved in this direction. There is a lot of it,” the governor told RBK-Ukraine in an interview.
He also pointed out that the Russian soldiers are demoralized and that the weather is not favorable for the attack.
“By the way, there are factors that keep the enemy in a forced break. These are the weather, a certain inconsistency of actions and open panic,” Kirilenko explained.
“Mood and fighting spirit, even in the regular parts of the Russian armed forces, are not at the right level.
