“Over the past 24 hours, Russian air defense systems have shot down a Ukrainian Su-25 attack aircraft, a Su-27 fighter jet, six Neptune missiles, 14 MLRS projectiles and 38 unmanned aerial vehicles, the press service of the Russian Ministry of Defense announced on Sunday” , reported RIA Novosti and Focus.
“Within 24 hours, air defense systems shot down two Ukrainian Air Force aircraft: a Su-25 near the city of Dnipropetrovsk and a Su-27 near the city of Kryvyi Rih, Dnipropetrovsk region,” the statement said.
“Russian air defenses also intercepted 14 missiles from HIMARS and Uragan multiple launch systems, six Neptune anti-ship missiles and 38 drones in the (so-called) DPR, LPR, as well as Kharkiv and Zaporozhye.”
