On Thursday, Zelensky addressed the European Parliament in what will be his third stop on a surprise trip across the continent. It will be the first opportunity to submit requests for arms assistance directly to EU member states since the Russia-Ukraine war began nearly a year ago.
British Prime Minister says there is nothing wrong to help Ukraine against Russia.
