After four months of Russia’s full-scale military invasion of the territory of independent Ukraine, US Secretary of State Anthony Blinken said that Russia had already lost this war.
“The Ukrainians are defending with incredible courage, and Russia has already lost. Putin’s goal, as he himself said, was the destruction of Ukraine as an independent and sovereign country. This goal failed … According to our intelligence, Russian troops suffer from low morale, high death rates, technical problems and leadership that refuses to inform them of the real state of affairs on the battlefield,” Blinken said.
