Running app Endomondo will cease to exist from April

The popular running app Endomondo from sports company Under Armor will end next year. After December 31, Endomondo can no longer be downloaded from app stores.

From January 1, 2021, you can use Endomondo no more downloading. If you already have a version of the app installed on your device, it will continue to work until March 31, 2021. After that, all data will be deleted from the app.

MapMyRun as an alternative

It is possible to secure your running data by transferring the data from Endomondo to MapMyRun. The latter is another running app from Under Armor. The data must be transferred before April 1, 2021, as all data will no longer be available from that moment on.

Premium members will no longer have to pay for the app from December 1 and can still use the features of the premium subscription until December 31.
