Almost 800 participants took part in the tenth Jūrmala running festival on Majori beach over the weekend, where participants could compete in three running distances, in the 3rd stage of the Latvian Nordic Walking Championship, as well as participate in other sports and entertainment activities.

There were three distances for running, which were located in the sand of the beach – a five- and ten-kilometer race without age restriction, as well as a special distance of 0.5-1 kilometers for children. In turn, Nordic walking players were able to test their strength at distances of 5, 10 and 21 km.
