“We all love him”
“This is a difficult situation,” said Buccaneers superstar Tom Brady. “Everyone should do what they can to help him as he needs it. We all love him. He is very important to us,” said the 44-year-old quarterback. “We want to see him in his best form, but unfortunately it won’t be on our team anymore.”
You have a lot of friendships that will last, said Brady. He thinks the most important thing about football is relationships with friends and your teammates. “You are going beyond the game. We should all be compassionate and empathetic now.”
Professional footballer Brown had caused quite a stir in the past. At the beginning of last season he switched to the Bucs, the first eight weeks he had been banned from the league for violating the code of conduct, then won the Super Bowl with his team. Most recently, Brown was sentenced to three-game suspension from the league for a forged vaccination ID.
Patriots im Play-off
The New England Patriots meanwhile fixed the play-off entry. With the 50:10 home win against the Jacksonville Jaguars, they are in the knockout rounds for the first time since Brady left in 2019. Coach Bill Belichick’s team benefited from the fact that the Miami Dolphins lost to the Tennessee Titans. The Cincinnati Bengals, Buffalo Bills and Tennessee Titans also made it into the play-off.
