Rumor: OPPO is working on Pad tablet successor with MediaTek Dimensity 9000-soc – Tablets and Phones – News

According to Digital Chat Station, OPPO is working on a successor to its OPPO Pad tablet. The tablet reportedly features a Dimensity 9000-soc from MediaTek. Furthermore, the display would have a resolution of 2800×2000 pixels.

Digital chat station goes on the Chinese social media Weibo in the alleged specifications of the next tablet. Apart from the possible presence of the Dimensity 9000-soc and an image resolution of 2800×2000 pixels, no other possible specifications have been published yet. It’s also not clear whether the tablet is intended only for the Chinese market or will also be available in the Benelux.

The first OPPO Pad appeared earlier this year for the Chinese market with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 870-soc. The tablet has an 11″ IPS screen with a resolution of 1600×2560 pixels and a refresh rate of 120Hz. Furthermore, there is a 8360mAh battery and the device supports 33W charging. There are 8GB of RAM and 256GB of storage of storage.

It also recently appeared OPPO Pad Air, which is available again in the Benelux. It runs on Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 680-soc and has a 10.36″ IPS display with a resolution of 1200×2000 pixels and a refresh rate of 60Hz. The Pad Air is available with 4GB of RAM and 64 or 128GB of storage of storage That tablet has a suggested retail price of 279 euros.
