In the Juve Top Tax Employers 2024 ranking, RSM Ebner Stolz once again landed in an excellent 14th place among the top 25 tax employers in Germany in 2024 and once again ranks well ahead of all Big Four companies.
The medium-sized auditing and consulting company scored points with its network change to RSM International. Not only internationally positioned clients benefit from this, but also employees, for whom there are now even more cross-border projects as well as structured offers for stays abroad, such as secondments at RSM locations worldwide. In addition, the MDP law firm continues its mindset strategy to continually develop its corporate culture. A mood barometer, the diversity of the teams and employee fluctuation are incorporated into the internal KPIs. The time value account, into which employees can pay vacation days and overtime, is very popular.

The publisher examines which 25 consulting firms or corporate tax departments score the most with their own employees and are also considered attractive in the market.
