JAKARTA-RADAR BOGOR, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan continues to record the account numbers of workers whose salaries are below IDR 5 million. This is because private employees with salaries below Rp. 5 million are certain to receive direct cash assistance (BLT) of Rp. 600 thousand per month from the government.
However, there are conditions, namely that you must be registered as a member of the BPJS Ketenagakerjaan. Reportedly, this assistance will soon be looking for in about two weeks.
BLT recipients are only given to private employees who are registered as members of the BPJS Ketenagakerjaan (BPJamsostek) and are still active in the membership program.

Previously, the Minister of Finance, Sri Mulyani, said that assistance for private employees disbursed by the government must use BPJS Ketenagakerjaan data.
Without this data, confusion will occur in its distribution. “If we don’t have names and addresses or even account numbers, it will be difficult for the government to help,” said Sri Mulyani.

To check whether they are registered as participants, workers do not need to come to the BPJS Ketenagakerjaan office. Workers can check the names of BLT recipients through the methods listed in BPJS Ketenagakerjaan.
First, workers can download or download the BPJSTKU application to check their membership status at BPJS Ketenagakerjaan. BPJSTKU is a service for special labor participants to obtain information on JHT balances and details of annual JHT balances.
