Roth: Application helps save money

This is recommended for students in the current final grades as well as vocational students with block lessons, provided that there are no longer any travel costs.

The Landratsamt Roth reimburses pupils from the Roth district from the eleventh grade for attending the nearest grammar schools, business, vocational, advanced vocational, upper and technical colleges as well as part-time vocational schools for the costs of the necessary transport – but only if they have exceeded the so-called family burden limit of 440 euros in the 2020/2021 school year. If a family received child benefit for at least three children in August 2020, they do not have to pay the contribution. The same applies if subsistence benefits have been drawn according to Book II of the Social Code (Unemployment Benefit II) or Book XII of the Social Code.

An application for reimbursement is mandatory. This must be confirmed by the school and submitted to the Roth District Office, Weinbergweg 1, 91154 Roth by October 31 at the latest with all original tickets and the required evidence – that is, the proof of child benefit and possibly a timetable. In order to keep the processing times as short as possible, the pupils in the final grades and vocational schools with block lessons can now send the applications for reimbursement of travel expenses to the Roth district office.

The application forms are available online at www. district office roth. de / school-education to find. For inquiries, the district office is available by phone (09171) 81-1333 or by e-mail to fahrtkostenrechner @ landratsamt-roth. de available. HK
