Ronald Koeman still harboring deep disappointment because of being fired Barcelona. The Dutch coach was even reluctant to come back to Camp Nou in the near future.
Koeman was sacked by Barcelona at the end of October 2021. The former Blaugrana defender was sacked after being deemed unable to improve the team’s performance since becoming coach at Camp Nou in August 2020.
Koeman has played a total of 67 games as Barcelona coach in all competitions. He recorded 40 wins, 11 draws, 16 defeats, and brought Los Cules to the 2021 Copa del Rey champions.

“You won’t see me at the Camp Nou for a while, I haven’t been able to. I can’t pretend that nothing happened with the president now,” Koeman told Dutch media. General newspaper.
“They didn’t give me the time they gave to the new coach, Xavi. It still hurts for me.”
“I worked with a lot of injuries. Now Pedri is back fit, and Ousmane Dembele… you can see it all. Every coach needs time and patience from the board of directors,” he said.
Ronald Koeman still enjoying free time in the Netherlands after being sacked by Barcelona. He looks forward to attractive offers from other clubs next summer.
