Romelu Lukaku admits he is unhappy with the situation at Chelsea and hopes to return to Inter Milan
The Belgian striker is looking to be fully fit, having made just five Premier League appearances since mid-October due to injury and Covid-19.
Lukaku, who has scored five goals in 13 Premier League appearances, feels Thomas Tuchel’s current tactics don’t suit his playing style.

Even so, he vowed to work hard to return to his best level for Chelsea.
What did Lukaku say?
“Physically, I’m fine, maybe better than before. After two years in Italy, where I worked hard at Inter with the coach and nutritionist, physically I’m fine,” he told Sky Sport Italy.
“But I’m not happy with the situation [di Chelsea], this is normal. Looks like the coach [Tuchel] choose to play with another system.”
“I just have to never give up and keep working and being a professional.”
Lukaku wants to return to Inter
Lukaku returns to Stamford Bridge after a successful spell at Inter Milan. He left months after Nerazzurri won the first Serie A in 11 years.
He admits he regrets the way he left, considering his departure made fans furious, but hopes to return to Inter.
“It seems like everything that happened shouldn’t have happened like this,” he added.
“How I left Inter, how I communicated with the fans, it bothers me because right now is not the right time, even when I leave it is not the right time.”
“Now I think it’s right to speak up because I said that Inter is always in my heart, I will come back and play there, I hope so.”
“I’m in love with Italy, it’s the right time to speak up and tell what’s really going on without badmouthing other people because I’m not like that.”
