Romanian goalkeeper Niţă and former international Krejčí end up in Sparta

Romanian goalkeeper Florin Niţă and former international Ladislav Krejčí Sr. will no longer continue in Sparta’s squad. Like Filip Havelka and Matěj Hanousek, they can look for other jobs. The Letenský celek, which eliminated this quartet before today’s departure for training in Austria, announced this on its website.

Niţă came to Sparta at the beginning of 2018 from the Bucharest club FCSB. At first he was the number one choice, then he was a substitute for Milan Heč. Now the new coach Brian Priske has given his trust to Heč, Dominik Holc and Vojtěch Vorl, another goalkeeper František Kotek is heading to Táborsk on loan.

The 41-time international Krejčí returned to Sparta last year in August after four years spent in Bologna. Last season, he played in 15 league matches, but now he is struggling with health problems again.

In the nomination for the training camp in Carinthia, during which Sparta will play three preparatory matches, there are 28 field players and three goalkeepers. Ondřej Čelůstka, Václav Drchal and Vojtěch Patrák remained at home injured.
