Economy »Romande Energie is developing in the canton of Friborg. The Vaud group’s subsidiary dedicated to energy services, Romande Energie Services SA, announces the acquisition of Frigo Service SA, in Corminbœuf. This company, founded in the 1970s, is active in the field of refrigeration, air conditioning and heat pumps in the Friborg region.
Frigo Service, which has six employees, will keep its premises and will be managed by its former owner, Vincent Grossrieder. Jobs are maintained, specifies Romande Energie in its press release.
The Vaud group had already acquired PolyForce SA, in Bulle, at the beginning of 2018.
