Roger Federer has long been a style icon and is known for his extensive collection of rare watches. On Sunday he attended this year’s Oscars, just a few days after the presentation of the Laver Cup in San Francisco, the future host of the tennis tournament founded by the Swiss in 2017. The former tennis pro wore a modern yet classic black-tie combination of a white tuxedo jacket, black pants and bow tie, setting himself apart from other stars on the red carpet who broke the classic style rules. Roger Federer chose this from his watch collection Rolex Oyster Perpetual Cosmograph Daytona Le Mansa very rare model that came onto the market in 2023.
Since its launch, the Cosmograph Daytona has been the watch of choice for motorsports fans, and famous actors and racing drivers such as Paul Newman have worn the timepiece beyond the race track.
