The project Forests of the Czech Republic and Military Forests and Estates of the Czech Republic called From the Forest to the Table is to help with this. The game is sold fresh and unprocessed. Pieces of meat are still in leather or feathers and their availability must first be checked and then booked using the order form. The availability of game depends on the hunting times of individual game species.
